I fixed mine, I deleted everything (settings in users/name/appdata/) and the entire CCP directory, then copied over a working eve directory from another computer, everything worked fine. No idea what caused it, or how to actually fix it aside fro...

I get no errors whatsoever, the splash screen loads and then nothing. Exefile.exe runs another copy every time I run eve.exe

I'm having this same problem, I haven't updated anything either, nor did it happen after a reboot. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, uninstalled/deleted all files/reinstalled, copied over a working directory from another computer, and nothing. Alt-en...
